Joji comes with IT industry experience of more than 3 decades. As COO of Solnex Technologies, he drives strategic direction and operational excellence in SAP implementation projects. He leads cross-functional teams, oversees project execution, optimizes service delivery, and shapes sales strategies, all while aligning operations with business objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Additionally, Joji also plays “Global Advisor & Practice Head” role at CIOAdvisory.ai and leads transformation projects in Generative AI and technology consulting, leveraging his years of experience in managing AI-enabled solutions across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In his past roles as BFSI SI vertical Head at HCL, Practice Head for HCL Services and Director of Service Delivery in Symphony AI, he handled large-scale system integration projects with RBI collaboration, design and delivery of complex managed services projects, built partner ecosystems and Delivery of AI based ESM solutions globally. Joji progressed from IT support roles to leadership positions, managing sales, revenue, and delivery functions across various business units.

Leon drives technological innovation and strategy as the CTO, leveraging his extensive expertise in SAP technologies to ensure seamless integration of advanced solutions. His focus is on aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, enabling the company to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

Leon spent around 18 years at SAP Labs, where he became one of the few SAP Champions worldwide. He was also recognized as an SAP Technology Ambassador, SAP Preferred Success Brand Ambassador, and SAP Mentor (2015-2018). Leon was a prominent speaker at SAP TechEd events from 2010 to 2017 and led several SAP Inside Track events across India.

Leon began his career at Wipro Infotech, spending two years there before moving on to build his legacy in the SAP ecosystem.
