More than 200 sessions across 8 modules conducted in 3 distinct phases to develop Blueprint in 2 months. Blueprint with the Global Processes identified gaps, local legal requirements and location specific business scenarios. Specific areas taken up for additional Blueprinting closer to individual roll outs by suitably supplementing Global Customer Team with additional local resources. Suggested optimal Solution architecture to reduce TCO. Ensuring availability of actual data migrated from legacy in test cycle. Training customer core team to execute SAP processes during System Integration Testing. Round 2 of System Integration Testing done by customer ore team. This led to better acceptance and appreciation of design and easier sign off.

SAP ECC solutions implemented with Focus on SAP FICO, MM modules Localizations double checked post Blueprint with Regions for the coverage. Sessions with global Financial Controllers team conducted to validate decisions taken in the Project.
